Coaching puts the person seeking help on the front seat of the bike. The coach assists the client to identify their needs and desires, health challenges, and strengths. We work with the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. The coach comes alongside (sits on the back seat) to discover core strengths for making positive change, the visible and hidden obstacles, and effective strategies for rewarding and lasting change. The client steers with the support of coaching toward their optimum wellness destination.
